Mr. Havener joined Aguirre & Associates in 1999. Mr. Havener has over 39 years of experience in the land surveying and civil engineering profession, with extensive field and office background. He has performed as a survey project manager, party chief, civil designer and CAD operator. Mr. Havener has worked on a broad range of projects, including rail and light rail, public works, residential, commercial and schools projects. Mike retired in June, 2025, but remains on staff as a part time employee.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
